CONSTRUCTION RISK MITIGATION
Permitting, Compliance, and Technical Support for Blasting and Vibration-Sensitive Work
Energetic Mitigation Solutions LLC (EMS) supports construction teams working in environments where blasting, vibration, and regulatory requirements create added complexity and risk. We help contractors plan and execute work in compliance with applicable requirements while minimizing schedule impacts, rework, and avoidable delays.
EMS provides technical support grounded in real-world field experience, with a focus on clear documentation, agency coordination, and practical risk mitigation that aligns with active construction operations.

Aerial Data Capture and Site Documentation
When appropriate, EMS can incorporate unmanned aerial systems (UAS) as an available option within our construction consulting services. This capability is used when conditions warrant or when requested to enhance safety, improve site visibility, and strengthen technical documentation.
Drone-based data collection allows EMS to document areas that are difficult, unsafe, or impractical to access on foot, while capturing high-resolution, repeatable imagery that supports planning, oversight, and long-term project records.
This option may be used to:
- Document pre-construction and pre-blast site conditions
- Observe active construction and blasting operations from safe stand-off distances
- Capture conditions of slopes, rock faces, structures, and adjacent infrastructure
- Support vibration monitoring programs and field oversight activities
- Provide visual documentation suitable for project records, audits, and public review
All UAS operations are conducted in accordance with applicable FAA regulations and are performed by qualified personnel trained in both aviation safety and construction site operations.
How EMS Adds Value on Construction Projects
- Reduces permitting and compliance-related delays
- Improves clarity and defensibility of project documentation
- Supports safer operations in complex environments
- Provides independent technical guidance without interfering with construction means and methods
